Executive Personnel Changes at YKK Corporation

YKK Corporation (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Koichi Matsushima) announces a revision to the proposed personnel changes for its Board of Directors, which were previously disclosed on April 24, 2026 and are scheduled for submission at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
The appointments will be formally decided following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in June this year and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting.
